These last two weeks have been a busy for Danna, Harper and I. With my sister’s (Jax) wedding last Saturday, we packed our bags and headed back home to be part of that wonderful day. I’ve been to a couple weddings over the years but never a wedding in my direct family. Although I was itching to breakout my DSLR and take the responsibility of capturing the emotion and sincerity of Jax’s wedding, I also wanted to be apart of it. Not working or pulling my hair out making sure I was everywhere but actually savoring the moment. It’s not everyday that your only sister gets hitched and I wanted to make memories.
One thing I love about documenting my travels is that I have such an amazing collection of images to remind me of all the good times when I’m done. Sometimes it can be tiring to always be on the lookout for moments but in the end it’s definitely worth it.
